This knife is fun, cool, tight, rad, and many other descriptors. However, it should not be considered sturdy, solid, a workhorse, a beater, or anything of the like. It has a place in the land of cool but not really in the land of pragmatism. All that to say, I do dig it.
Can you do an opening and explaining on how it works
I am clicking ur ads on ur vids by the way

i do have the same Schrade wich are a low quality knife with a light feeling and noise, more a gadget than a real knife. You have to put really more money to have a real OTF knife, wich are costfull to produce, like microtech, benchmade or pirhana. from this point of view, the Schrade can be an option. thanks for the video.

The reason chisel grinds are normally used is for strength. It is a much stronger grind than a double sided bevel, you have more steel at any point along it, without sacrificing sharpness. (i.e prying)
The other reason that it may sometimes be used is for ease of sharpening (i.e. in combat situations where you may not have a ton of time, you can spend half the time sharpening, and the sharpening is easier since the bevel is larger than a double sided bevel.
