al qaeda has killed most of the iraqi civilians not u.s. soldiers.i am sorry that some innocent people died unintentionally.but the insurgents continue to bomb their own people.

civilians killed in crossfire, what a dumb comment, yes maybe a few . but not bloody hundreds,
youd think that with all the us armies training they could diferentiate between a soldier and a civilian.
and what about gaza, is that two armies as well?
-
who told you it was intentional, did he say that? he was trying to fight the rebels, like any sane goverment leader would.
those people fled yes, but thats not because he attacked them, if he did they would be dead.

the differences in Albashir's case and G Bush is that bush fought people in Iraq or Afghanistan he called his enemies and unintentionally civilians were lost in these wars, where as Albashir fought his own people and intentionally killing over 300,000 civilians and over 2,000,000 who had to flee some where safe. Omr Albashir freaked the bejebaz out of his own people ironically to the extend of them fleeing to seek refuge from his true enemy the jews as many of them live in israel now.

For you who are crying that Bush should be taken to court in ICC, why won't you submit papers to the hague.
The war in Iraq was a war between two armies, and of course civilians die in cross fire.
The war in darfur is a war between a rebel group and the government.
The government, instead of only attacking the rebels, it also intentionally attacks the women and the children and burn down villages in an attempt to wipe out the darfurians, in hopes to quell the rebellion. This is genocide.

CravingForTruth,
you are narrow minded. perhaps, if you had family in darfur, you would not have posted this statement. This is not about Africa or about Sudan. This is about Omar Bashir victimizing the darfurian population through mass murder, rape, and torture of help. Sudan will stand stand strong after Bashir is gone and just leaders will come.
A country and a people should not be sacrificed for one stupid individual or one stupid party.

How dare the west blacklist yet another African country? Genocide? Are they kidding? Well, then I'd like to bring to justice, AMERICA, ZIONIST, and every other overlooked MASS MURDERERS of the world.
The reality is, that Sudan has oil AND is lead by an Islamic leader; Of course America doesn't like that, whats new? (as we kill innocent people in Iraq and Afghanistan)....Bring GW to ICC!
What about the Bush administration who killed a million Iraqis and the Israeli government?
