The Soundtrack used in this video is Frank Sinatra's song "The Way You Look Tonight". Frank Sinatra was one of Marilyn Monroe's friends and favorite musicians. A photograph of Marilyn and her dog "Maf", who was a gift to Marilyn from Frank Sinatra, is also included in the photos featured here. Some photographs in the video are of Marilyn and Frank, including one of the last photographs ever taken of Marilyn Monroe. In the photo, she is wearing a Green Pucci Blouse, now in the collection of Scott Fortner, and on display at the Hollywood Museum.
I chose the song to accompany the video because the lyrics seemed to be a fitting choice to describe how many of us remember Marilyn Monroe. Give these lyrics a listen as you watch, and I think you'll agree.
