PLEASE READ ME!
Hi everyone! I wanted to fill you in on the different skin care products i've been trying and experimenting with. I don't want to fully focus on the routine since everyone has unique skin and there are so many ways to treat it. Please don't take this video as encouragement to follow the same routine and use the same products I do. Since I am so experimental, I already plan on trying a different and perhaps much more natural routine very soon. You will notice that I went a little product crazy in the past several months but that is just so I can test different things out.
Skin type: Combination/Oily but mostly Oily now with a lot of large and congested pores.
I used to hate having oily skin but now I embrace it. I treat my skin by ridding it of dead skin cell build up and hydrating internally and topically.
Don't use harsh products or over-dry your skin even if it's oily. It will only cause it to be more oily. It is important to find the balance that your skin needs and it does take a bit of trial and error.

Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash 2 in 1 Cleanser and Exfoliator (Few and tiny beads for gentle exfoliation. I don't lather it up personally, makes face feel clean and fresh, have been using in the morning to rinse off face oil.)
Alpha Hydrox Foaming Face Wash (Doesn't contain any glycolic acid or AHA! Used with pink face cleansing pad at night.)
Sonia Kashuk Eye Makeup Remover (Must shake before applying to cotton ball/pad and gently wipe away eye makeup, dissolves waterproof mascara well)
Pond's Original Wet Cleansing Towelettes (I prefer the Walgreens brand or anything that has more texture to it.)
Dickinson's Witch Hazel (Refreshing and nondrying on my oily skin. Those with dry or sensitive skin may want to try this with caution. Can also dilute it.)
Alpha Hydrox Enhanced Lotion 10% Glycolic AHA Anti-Wrinkle (pH 4 and fragrance-free, can be used day and night but I only use at night as an exfoliant for soft supple skin in the morning)
St. Ives Apricot Scrub Blemish & Blackhead Control (Use about once a week--massage on face very gently!)
Mint Julep Masque (I use this to dry up those pesky whiteheads/pimples!)
Phillips' Milk of Magnesia (Can help to mattify and control shine but I personally do not recommend for everyday as it causes imbalance to the skin.)
Embryolisse Cream (Moisturizer and primer in one. Takes a bit of time to sink into skin but works well. Find it to be a little heavy in the warmer season.)
Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream (Very light almost liquidy consistency that sinks into the skin quickly and makes it feel very supple. My skin really drinks it up and loves it!)
Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado (Very hydrating for around the eyes!)
Neutrogena All-in-1 Acne Control Facial Treatment (Contains 1% salicylic acid and is meant to help fade past acne marks, clear breakouts, and prevent future breakouts.)
Shiseido Extra Smooth Sun Protection Cream spf38 PA+++ (My form of daily sun protection if I am not using any other spf. If using other spf I use this as my oil control base on top of the t-zone before applying makeup.)
