A Halloween Mask Exhibition

Do wild imaginations get passed on from parent to child? Working artists with children were asked to have their child or children create a Halloween mask for Synchronicity Spaces exhibition, chip off the old block." Our exhibition of Halloween masks are made by the children of artists in an attempt to see what kind of artwork is produced by children whose upbringing is heavily influenced by a person, or people, of accomplished involvement in the arts. The show is a fun activity for the kids, offering them an opportunity, perhaps their first ever, to display their work in a gallery.

The exhibition opens on October 23rd with a reception for the artists and their parents from 7-10pm. Synchronicity Space will have activities for the kids, Halloween film goodies, as well as ice cream treats, courtesy of Scoops. There will also be a special performance by Brain Sucking Peanunanners featuring Mitchell Brown (KXLU's The Kids are Alright) Andy Ben, Bizzart and 8-year-old Bella.
