X-Men - The Beginning (Part 1)

Feared and hated by a world they have sworn to protect, they are the X-Men! Follow the real "First Class" of students of Professor Charles Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. Can they survive the perils of the Danger Room? Who is the mysterious young woman who arrives at the school? And another mysterious mutant goes on the attack!

This animation is part 1 of my adaptation of X-Men #1 by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby from 1963. I have been wanting to animate this story for a long time. There are some slight differences from the original, but the main parts are still there. Some of you freshman mutants may be asking "Where's Wolverine?" Wolverine didn't join the X-Men until 90-some comic issues later. I've always had a soft spot for the first team of X-Men and this is my tribute to them.

@TheSamiryoussef I think the classic X-Men have a few more stories in them! :) I like the early '80s team a lot (Wolvie/Storm/Nightcrawler/Col­ossus/Cyclops). The 90's X-Men would be funy too, but that cast is HUGE! a story with them would be a massive undertaking.
