Hello big boat sailor,
the IOM (green white) has LoA=1m (International One Meter class) and the Graupner Saphir (black white)has LoA=95cm

You cannot reef model sails, so you have to change sails or the complete rig to a smaller one (from A-Rig to B or C) with less mast height and sail area.
With IOM it is not allowed to change keel fin and/or lead bulb, but with Micro Magic or Saphir it is recommended to do this.
The Saphir in the film has mounted a C-rig and a deeper keel fin for stronger winds.
