Ralph Vaughan Williams composed this piece. Text is Psalm 34. Order from GIA or JWPepper. It's included in The New Oxford Easy Anthem book.

I have heard this many times at several Cambridge college chapels'. It is a superb piece of English Church Music. The entire CD, "Faire Is The Heaven" is extraordinary. Thank you for the post.

In the summer of 2006 I was in Oxford for a conference. At the Sunday morning service at Christ Church Cathedral this was the Introit. It was sung by the "substitute choir" that sings the liturgy in the summer when the choral scholars and clerks are off, but it made no difference. It was an amazing experience. I'm not sure whether you mean a CD or sheet music. There should be some copy of this piece available somewhere though I couldn't tell you where- sorry. As mentioned in the details, the CD album is 'Faire Is The Heaven (Music of the English Church)'.
