is there a delay when playing games?

I have windows 7 and the same hvr1250. Any idea on how to capture hi-8 though the s video port? I got the TV part working eat but cant figure out how to do this! People have written reviews saying thats what they use it for but I cant figure it out. Thanks in advance

i live in the USA, yes. clear qam just works if you have the correct tuner card. perform a full scan for channels and they will show up.
