  • Thanks for posting these! I'm pretty sure I had this first issue with mega man. I would have been about 7 years old, and I'm sure it was torn up or shredded and then tossed out. I know I definitely had Mega man 2 for NES

  • No problem. I plan to post the first 30issues or so, and then do a video just going thru the rest up to ~ issue #100 by showing only the covers.

  • @AudioAndroid Sell them to me

  • Hey, when I used to call the Nintendo Power Councillors (back when it was free), they told me its NOT pronounced Jal-Eco. It's Hal-eco. But I still call it Jal-eco.

  • 60 dollars are you for real I have all these my god thats right Blaster Master was big

  • wow all those games in NEXT WAVE suck. the PRESS START section is showing NARC in the arcades. it was an awesome game. i remember the last page which was always GAME OVER. it showed an ending of a popular game. this was a great video review. serves to be a great video archive for referencing this issue.

  • yeah i also have been buying old issues of EGM off of ebay, my hope is to one day have every single issue, for now i have most of the issues from 2000-2009 but i am slowly getting the issues from the 90's.

best magazine ever, i miss it. :(

  • i just looked this mag up on ebay its $228 bucks! yikes!

  • I starting collecting EGM since about issue #7...unfortunately my parents threw out most of them when I grew up and moved out of the house...I was able to find a few of the old ones though including the special buyers guide issues which rated the systems....EGM was the most unbiased mag at the time, and were very helpful when purchasing (or asking for a game for christmas)...It's a shame that there is no more EGM magazines....

  • How many issues do you have?

  • Christ, I was just got back from my parents house, and dug up my old video game collection. I was thinking of doing the same thing you're doing. Going through all the 80's and early 90's mags, and just kind of discussing the issues. I never thought anyone had any interest in this stuff. My first EGM mag was issue 4, which I still have.

    Nice vid.

  • Thank you for the vids. I just recently purchased 66 issues of EGM from eBay for only $15. I'll look forward to the rest of the videos.
