Master Alvaro Romano was invited to stay at the Quiksilver Performance House in North Shore O'ahu -Hawaii to minister classes of the revolutionary method of physical conditionign developed by him known as Ginastica Natural. Surfers like Mark Healey, Jeremy Flores, Andy Irons, legendary Kai Garcia, fighter Ricardo Arona and others had the pleasure to experience one week training consisting of new techniques for breathing, balance, stretching, etc. applied in many top athletes in the world like surfers, fighters, etc.
