Great job, mate! I've had my eye on it for a while so I've got a couple questions for you regarding the ION kit - how long have you had it, and how well has it held out in that time? Is it durable enough to endure a lot of punishment? I've gone through maybe 3 or 4 drum kits through Rock Band's evolution and I want something that'll last longer than 6 months.

@mattbcl If I am not mistaken I have had my ion for at least a year and a half now. It has held out like a true champ. I myself am a heavy hitter and it took me over a year to have a pad stop working. The best part about the ion is that the pads are replaceable (as my snare in this video is actually a roland pad). The only problem with ions are the pads bubble up a little but nothing that is a deal breaker (plus its an easy fix).

wow. this is really good, question... why does every one have those pads that cover the toms and snare i have the plain rb2 with the cymbal ride and high hat. but some people have them setup different, how do u do that?

@15451jake i think what you mean is that my ion pads look like they are raised in the middle? There is no pad on my drums they are just designed like that

@mattbcl it is well worth it ive been through so many kits and my fav was gh world tour but to cheap so ion is my choice my pads are still goin
