The first propa mix ive ever recorded. i got my decks june 28th 2007 & i practice about 1-3 hours a day. incase you think im an adult and ur like "whys he starting now? bit late for him". im 14, been into the rave scene most my life. This mix was just a quick one to test my recording gear, leave a comment telling me the quality (i think its a bit too bassy).
Anyway, this was a practice mix before i done my jungle mix, remember ive only been doing this a few months so its a bit rusty in bits but i think its ok. shouts to skie, rapid & demolition cru (been picking up a few techniques from listening to their shows).
leave comments to tell me what you think.

  • Hey DjBazia, good stuff mate. I have listened to loads of tunes you have uploading, brings back good memories. Really good to hear not all youngsters listen to crappy pop. I'm an oldie way over double your age and have been into this music for a very long time.

Keep listening to good music and keep mixing.

BTW you must have spent a fortune on buying tunes, these tunes gor for big money now!

  • nice1 man, this musix is my life and mix for hours a day, mixed from 5pm-3am non stop on saturday!

i know their worth so much now! collecting tunes was costing me an arm n a leg! but luckily last june a got a job in the record shop i get them all from so now i get everything half price :)

will be doin more mixes soon including some more of my own productions. glad u like the mix,

    take it easy m8

  • Respect to you bazia, you weren't even a twinkle in your dad's eye when alot of these records were made. I started djing at 14, great time to start. It heartens me to know that there are lads out there who realise how good the music was back then and are willing to continue djing it. You have my full and total respect!!

  • thanks :D

  • no problem m8, I thought that us oldskool fanatics were a dying breed. You have made my day/week/year! Just do me a favour and concentrate on boosting your oldskool collection mate, and you will be forgiven if you buy some modern breakbeat by Rennie Pilgrem (Formerly part of Rhythm section), Ils (LTJ Bukem's sound engineer on good looking in the early 90's) etc:)

  • ive started producing now. keepin the original hardcore and jungle sound. im starting on some amen jungle for now (as ive just started) but when i find the right tune to sample the drums for the hardcore sound.

do you kno wat tunes they sampled for hardcore? listen to dj seduction - cuckoo in the jungle, wat drums are they??? are they sampled?

  • Amazing stuff mate. i first started going raving at your age. My first one was Dreamscape 4 in 1992...and many of these tunes were played on that night. You have just made an old retired raver very happy ;o)

  • How someone as young as you has such a bang on taste in music and such a huge selection of wicked uploads is quite frankly beyond me. RESPECT!!!

  • the mix from this reminds of some tunes from a big dj competition back in the 90's can't remember that album name for the life of me...

  • hey, i started at 13/14 too, got me self a cheap mixer and some old record players, no pitch on em , had to push em round. i was lucky to have a mate start up with me so had a bit of competition to push us both on. having played the drum and bass and techno and house ive gotta admit that none of it compares to the oldskool vibe! i still find myself searching you tube for names of tunes and straight off ta buy em. once it bites it never lets go.

  • top tunes mate keep em coming takes me right back many happy memorries

  • ohh the memories :)

  • COMEDOWN!

  • whats the first tune called
