A student project of the Sustainable Local Foods Certificate Program at St. Lawrence College, this video brings together 3 food producers in and around Teeswater Ontario to discuss the potential a Local Food Buying Club might hold in promoting their businesses. A two part series this is the start of a Transition Teeswater series chronicling the development of this important offering in the local food distribution system.
