A couple of things I learned during this weekend of racing:
Due to the fact that I'm using very cheap tires (Sumitomo HTR 200, which are a great tire for the street, but definitely not designed for racing), you have to use a few tricks to get them warmed up enough to stick a little bit. Roast the tires like crazy at the start, even if it makes for a slightly slower start. Also, on the opening slalom I really cranked the wheel back and forth, to heat the fronts
Thanks for the comments. :)
