@bababarama It's all in the mind, sounds like bull, but it's all in the mind and how you manage your training. Try working out every week, eat well, rest well, and see how much you can get out of it. I weigh just as much as these guys, I don't take supplements, I just eat a lot and started working out seriously only a year ago, at the moment I can deadlift 315, bench 265, and squat 275, not big numbers, but progressing. My personal workout consist of bodyweight and free weights exercises.
