@ezfla This has nothing to do with free energy packs. This has to do with winning (unqualified) energy packs from their daily chance game. The issue in question, which is now moot, was from over a year ago.  I leave this video up for historical purposes.

I'm sorry. If you're going to do something like this, at least cut and edit it so you don't sound like an idiot when you're speaking and screwing it up. Also try to backup your I THINK's with facts instead. Talking about the Toy Yoda Lawsuit which anyone could look up and see that they didn't have to give a car... but pay out money... the amount of which is undisclosed.

Stop and think before you speak, and why is it you're pretending you don't play Mafia Wars? You own it too well.

I wanted to get this thing out before the issue became moot. That said, I will make sure to do more research when I post the next videos in the series.

@"Toy yoda": I'll look this up. If you're right, I'll post a correction in the annotations. Regardless, I still think the point I'm making holds--that making an ambiguous claim is potentially actionable.

And, I really don't play Mafia Wars. Really! I play Texas Hold'em and sometimes interlope on MW's forums.
