Never give up! I got through CFS after 2.5 years of hell. You can beat it I promise you. You have to change your diet, filter your water, get the right vitamins and minerals you body needs. Amalgam filling removal helps, but thats not the cure without doing everything else. You must exercise, even the tiniest ammount of walking helps. This is a brain and immune system illness. My memory still goes now and then and my speech slurs still, I think that will always be with me for ever.

Greg what a beautiful song is that Linda singing it, if I were a billionaire I would donate the whole lot to get M.E research up and going and get cure. It is Mark here and I have recoveredr finally from that 21 minute walk thank-goodness I am not doing that again, far out.

I feel like crying because my nerve pain in my head has come back since I did the 21 minute walk and it had gone away for 3 whole months, PLEASE GOD PLEASE HELP ME GET THROUGH THIS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND JESUS UP IN HEAVEN!

Greg it is Mark I did a 21 minute walk as I thought my body would be able to handle it but it has taken 1 and a half weeks to recover and I am still recovering from it. I hope to God I don;t get worse from doing that walk I mean it wasn't like I was doing 21 minutes everyday I just did it as a one off as I was able to do 15 minutes ok before I did the 21 but I pushed it too far, I feel like crying because my nerve pain in my head has come back since I did the 21 minute walk and it had gone away.
