He never touched Mehserle, from what I've gathered, but he is alleged to have been combatant with Pirone and Domenici. Other clips support the accusation that Grant apparently tried to knee Pirone in the groin, and that he grabbed Domenici's arm or hand. That might not sound like much, but it does constitute resistance.
