BART Shooting - UPDATED!!! NEW angle of the shooting!!!!

Here is a new just released video of the shooting from another angle. YOu can see how stunned the cop is after is gun goes off. Rumor is that he "thought" he had his stun gun drawn and not his pistol. Pretty lame I think. Cause a taser in your hand feels nothing like a gloc 9mm. Just my opinion though

There are too many cops with too many laws. That much power in one place is guaranteed to produce these results and attract a certain type of person. My solution? Get rid of 90% of the laws on the books. It isn't a crime without a victim, PERIOD. And then get rid of 90% of the cops so the ones left will actually have to solve real crimes. Let me guess, you'd have been the hero who stood out and attempted to take on a man who just shot someone? im back dude sorry i took long to reply your opinion,so you said STUPID COP lost his temper .so what gives him the the right to kill the so called convicted criminal, because he's resisted dude you sound like a COP. no cop is above the LAW!!!!.the question is why didn't he use his stun gun,maze.ect...he had about 4 cops on the scene and he shows ABUSE of POWER yes the cop is serving time in jail away from general population .it's high profile case dude.it may not be racial but he's angry.
