Well,...
I've met many of them, and have been to their shows, so I can tell you that they don't look like "rubbery" in the face.
AND, being hairless and taking care of themselves is part of their job. They have to work out and they have to be "beautiful".
This takes time, and they're not supposed to look like the average guy you'd meet on the street.
