This video is pure propaganda for the insurance industry, one of the most lucritive and profit-driven industries in the US. Total fail on this video!

Yes, your health care & education may be free (K-12 is free in the US too), but if the wage earner dies prematurely, how is the family going to replace it? The most cost efficient way is through the purchase of life insurance. While the government may provide a small benefit for kids under 18, it's certainly not sufficient to replace the lost income.

Life insurance creates money at the time when it's most needed & provides security, dignity & peace of mind for the beneficiaries.

I know all too well. My Dad died when I was 19 and left no life insurance. Only thing I knew about life insurance at 19 was how to spell it. As a result, it left my Mom and I in a very tough financial position. Don't do what my Dad did, leave a legacy of love for your family.
