Pokemon Live Action Movie Trailer (Fake)

What if someone took the Pokemon franchise and took it in a different direction with a live action blockbuster?

My story idea: Ash Ketchum is the nephew of world famous professor Oak, ancestor to the original discoverer of the Pokemon species: creatures which can be trained to a variety of purposes. Ash is driven by a boyhood desire to discover every Pokemon type in existence through traveling and friendly dueling, but his purpose changes when he learns of a sinister organization called Team Rocket, a paramilitary secret society devoted to enslaving powerful Pokemon and using them to conquer the world. After discovering his knack for battling, Ash is forced into several deadly serious matches against Rocket representatives after being initially hand-picked as a good inductee for Rocket, and then being hunted after he refuses. Alongside his woefully weak but determined Pokemon friends, Ash finds himself in a tournament, rigged so that the fight is all too real, and in a final confrontation with an ancient Pokemon will determine the fate of not only all Pokemon but of mankind as well.

This trailer was sort of an experiment if I could make Pokemon look bad-ass and exciting. I may or may not have suceeded (I had little to work with this time round) but I hope you enjoy anyway!

It's probably impossible to make a live-action movie because there's so much pokemon to include since there wasn't a live/action movie for each gen.

Man.... I hate it when there's shortage of live action footage that can be used... Hard to pull off.... Last pokemon live action trailer was custom and bought an r rated look to the series... Buuuuut... They made Pikachu look like an anorexic chocobo.

I also forgot to mention, people who try to make live-action pokemon trailers seem to put to much emphasis on the humans. Wheras the world of pokemon is really dominated by the pokemon-- not just as monsters used to fight, but as animals, the general population of people, and even Gods. (because pokemon is a creationist universe.) But I can see how that's impossible to do, I guess, with no great CGI. This really is about as good as a fan-made trailer can get.

@krourou2 The big fail made by people who try to make live-action pokemon trailers, is this: they see pokemon in the sort of creepy-pasta point of view, or see it as a movie about a bunch of creatues that come to OUR world, but it's really not like that. This is gonna sound crazy to the people that don't know a lot about pokemon, but the world of pokemon is actually more simliar to NARNIA than it is to YuGiOh or Bakugan. Just watch Arceus and the Jewel of life, or Lucario and the Mystery of Mew.
