Jenn vblog #18: Neti pots

If you've never heard of the device, the premise is this: you pour the pot of water up one nostril, and it drains out the other side to get rid of all the gunk that's up your nose. After having suffered 2 horrendous sinus infections in the past year, I finally decided I was going to be brave enough to try on of these. And, well... it didn't go quite as planned. Show of hands, should I do a demonstration video, or is that too gross even for here? ;)

@aminmontrose Wouldn't happen since I do neither of those. Prudish is a good word for me. I don't have sex. Back on topic though, if you want to see how one is used, even just look in the sidebar. There's TONS of people who've filmed themselves using these. If you want to see how it works, watch one of them.
