Guys, look to another point of view:
What I mean is there's no Nokia phones with Anrdoid (or with Ubuntu/Linux Arm arch OS) based system. This was entirely mature for Ubuntu part to say Welcome to a "rival" enterprise. Why fight? If partnership can provide enterprise growth? I don't mean that Ubuntu will be Nokia's partner some day.
While Apple are fight against Samsung for "copying" hardware (come on! Who's prevented to use a similar hardware today?), Ubuntu says welcome to Nokia Lumia event

Wow, that was lame. Huge build up, to something you could do with a bunch of flashlights.
