When I've bought these, they've been called an "Appalachian Jaw Harp". Elderly Instruments sells them online. Go to elderly.com and search for sku number "JH3". I like them because they're much more resonant than any other type I've tried. You can get the same design in higher pitches, too, but this model is my favorite.
