Honestly max was such a nice guy an was so caring and that stupid police officer need to be investigated for taking a 21 year old man. he did not deserve this and i cant trust the police anymore this just adds on to the crap that the police have been doing these days.

This homicide was senseless and easily preventable. In order to grow as a community we must consider the mistakes made. I understand the oxycodone trade has all but dried up thanks to gel-caps, this does not mean it is ok to start dealing heroin. If you are a convicted felon, please refrain from armed drug deals in broad daylight in the middle of a crowded parking lot. When caught breaking the law action on behalf of the police should not come as a surprise. When contacted by a uniformed police officer, who has you at gunpoint, who gives several warnings to raise your hands, it is probably a good idea to do so. Do NOT lunge for a weapon, do not try to hide your dope and do not flee the scene to discard evidence....cont

A final thought for the vehicles registered owner. If your passenger has a gunshot wound and you make the decision to endanger the public by fleeing at a high rate of speed, consider abandoning your vehicle and passenger at a HOSPITAL, rather than some random parking lot. Please join me in praying for the parents who lost a son and for the grieving family members on both sides. They didn't even say they found drugs and if you were aiming at the driver how do you kill the passenger. This is murder and the cop should be put to jail for doing this to Max Mayba, if anyone knew him was a very cool guy.

What's wrong with you Federal Way police killing Ukrainians in such dirty ways. This isn't the first Ukrainian Federal Way police gunned down in a dirty way. Federal Way needs to fire all these dirty cops and replace them with more intelligent and law abiding ones.
