  • that was terrible, why is trying to reinvent the wheel here? why involve shoulders and legs? why doesn't even have a flat stomach in his profile? By the way runners abs or no different from anyone else's abs. and abdominal work out is the same for everyone

  • Why he will be kidding? Runner's world is a mag for runner. A runner body is not the same that a bodybuilder, the exercises and the final aim are really differents.

  • it looks like his posture was slightly off at the lateral view... maybe its just his shirt but i looks like his stomach was pushed out/low back arch... great workout though 5 stars =]
