@xXDAKILLERXx420 restore your iphone to factory setting but make sure you DO NOT upgrade your iphone. and try it again. it should work this time.
@popper6011 if you are just trying to unlock your phone then i believe you dont need to remove your old cydia. just do the unlock by only installing the snow.
