A woman phoned my show and told me that she was making a costume for her son who was performing in a nativity play... I asked her what part he was playing and she replied "He's a piece of Broccoli". Ladies and Gentlemen, is this the end of the Nativity Play as we know it?

@dbc06 You should here yourself. James O'brien himself does believe in god, so he clearly has no problem with faith "to a rational degree", what he says about religion is totally correct, why should he show understanding ? is there a child here crying in religious brainwashed confusion ? .

You along with billions of other people are ignorent of the hand fed condition that poisons the world called religion .

Words such as 'myth' from O'Brien himself smack of arrogance, ignorance and lack of understanding. James is extremely self-conceited and I do God touches his heart and reveals himself to him before it is too late.

why does James O'Brien have such a problem with faith?

I am a Christian. I follow Jesus, NOT 'RELIGION'.

He acts as if he is so smart but the one thing he doesnt understand is faiths.

Christianity is a relationship with God, not a 'religion'. Religion is man a made notion, it is organised and can be sculptured in a way that suits individuals.

If James thinks 'religion' is bad becaused it is portrayed to him as an organised sector who attempt to brain wash then i do not fault him...

Political Correctness, or multiculturalism are just friendly words that cover up the phrase 'political control' Just because 1984 has passed, does not mean we are not still heading for George Orwell's 1984 - complete complicit control of the population in how they think and act.

We have CCTV camera's on every corner and we mistrust everyone outside of our families. Some might say we already started down the slippery slope of '1984'.
