    I have a question for you, I'm creating my own workout routine and I'd like to know if it's better to do group all leg exercises and then do all arm exercises all together and so on, or is it better to spread the types of exercises I do through out my workout?

  • Thank you very much. I am trying to tone up my body, specially my abs, legs and booty. Is it okay to do a combo of dumbell lunges, side lunges and ab workout three times a week and do joggin cardio every other day alternating. Or am i doing too much. I want to look close to what you look like. You look awesome!
