Anorexic Models - The Curse OF Fashion Modeling

Anorexic Models are a curse on fashion modeling. People know that anorexia nervosa is a serious eating disorder.
Yet many girls aspire to look thin and loss weight unnaturally. so that they can model in fashion shows. Top Fashion week star models diet in the extreme. Many of these girls look at their body and think they are fat. This is the right moment to encourage girls to more healthy eating habits and not be taken in by anorexic model in glamour fashion magazines. It seems that women in modeling world admire a skinny anorexic model. They want to wear the smallest size clothing. I Think many a modeling agency and the modeling industry as a whole encourage this anorexic look, feeling it looks good on the runway. Modeling agencies should stop encouraging this.
Not that the girls have to become plus size. Model wannabees don't want to end up like the model Carolina Reston who died of anorexia nervosa

I live in NYC and need to confirm that this isn't Photoshop, this is "the look" today. They look like Egon Schiele paintings. I'm appalled that "heroine chic" is back, but prob caused some rx drug. Do they all want to look like Angelina Jolie? Thank god there are more plus size girls out there now, but whatever happened to the healthy look like Christie Brinkley?

I was looking for source material for teaching about the body beautiful with my year 11. But this is just to horrific and ghastly, and I cannot show such graphic material. I feel such pity for JEDIBELIEBERPOTTER - this is ugly, not beautiful, and if you do have weight issues, I can thoroughly recommend Slimmingworld as an answer, long term and no quick fix - but much much better. Truly - I know of many many success stories.
