Kampala ou Campala[1] é a capital e a maior cidade do Uganda. Localiza-se nas margens do Lago Vitória, a 1220 metros de altitude. Tem cerca de 1,504 milhão de habitantes. Foi fundada em 1890 pelos britânicos e tornou-se capital do país em 1962. A cidade se localiza no Uganda, que é considerado um país parcialmente pobre, a maioria da população vive da agricultura.

Congratulations Uganda for your independence day today!!! In 1962 Uganda became independent from the UK. Our federal president visit your country in 2008 in 2009 Museveni visit Germany the first time. Hope our nations can expand our good relationships and our friendship. Uganda is a beautiful country with an amazing landscape and very nice people. I visit Kampala one time because my father worked there for 4 months as doctor. Hope all Ugandan people will have a great day best wishes from Germany
