there are several - the most similar is probably SequoiaView. I only used it under XP, but it probably works in vista/7

Hey Im using the program yet when I click on a file I want to delete, the option wont become apparent. It just stays invisible, is there any way I can delete from the program? Rather than looking it up on the hard drive and doing it that way?

Nah, it said XP. If you tried watching porn on XP, you'd get a virus. I think that the porn is scattered throughout the Mac section ; )

Google for "sequoia view". That's a free Windows version of this program. ;)
