For the last 2½ months I´ve had pain in my back & hips especially when I´m lying down. Also waking up during the night with pain in my lower back :-( One of reasons is due to my parttime job delivering papers, I´ve only had for 2½ months. Another reason could that be the bed is in the energy field of the door. The funny thing is that I´v havn´t had pain like this before. I´ve been sleeping in that bed in the same place for the last 3 years. My bedroom is facing north and I normally sleep well:-)

I always sleep with open door, but true, I sleep better since I have moved the bed the other way round and that it now faces the door in stead of being "across" the way.

Good video. - But I think you also should show how to put the bed correctly in that room you are in. Perhaps the bed can stand in different places in that room.

This strong energy can have an influence over time. Some people feel it rigtig away - others don't feel it but still get the effect. In your case, it sounds like your body is a bit overloaded with your new job and that weakness in your lower back can be worsen by slleing in the strong energy. If you can't move your bed out of the slip streem, then try to see if you can place a curtain or something else to cover the door. I will explain this in my naxt video. Best of luck to you! Sagar

It is no problem to sleep with the door open as long as your not in the strong energy field. If you are stille in the strong energy, it is possible that you can still be affected by the energy. In my next video I will give a tip on what to do if you can't move your bed out of the energy, and don't want to be affected by it!

If you wake up too early, try using the colors to balance your bedroom as well. The brown color wil help you realx more in your sleep and the blue color will help you get a deeper sleep.
