We just repealed Instant Runoff Voting in Pierce County Amendment 3 by 71% to 29% on Nov. 4th, 2009. We hated it. Glad to see it go.
To expensive and confusing. We called it Ranked Choice Voting because it wasn't instant - took weeks to find out who won. Video is good. Describes the problems well.
