The task force returns to the city to take out the trash... and eliminate the local punks. After wiping out the punks roaming the streets, the task force encountered Syndicate mini-boss "Bruce" and his animal slave "Roo". With help from Axel's "Inner Strength", Bruce was defeated and Roo was set free! But now the Syndicate is throwing a 'killer' party and it's up to the task force to crash it.
