Who is River Song?

SPOILERS!
My head was going to explode, so these are my ideas about who River Song really is!
Other ideas are -- she is a future regeneration of The Doctor -- she says 'I'm sorry...' before something bad happens -- just like The Doctor. The Tardis accepts her flying her alone, speaks Gallifrayian, etc. -- too obvious?
Or, the mega obvious is that she is the mysterious baby of Amy Pond (is Amy really a Time Lord -- she has something like an invisible Tardis on her roof?) -- genetically manipulated to be a 'living weapon' (just like River Tam in 'Serenity')
Both ideas could be right -- Amy's baby could be the mysterious 'little girl' -- the regenerations of The Doctor are getting younger every time, so why not a little girl next?
Please, please comment and I'm so sorry about the headache!!

@dawnmovies9 What do you mean, Jack can't transform into a female? This is a character who from the beginning at the very least has a bisexual orientation, and hails from the 51st century, at least 2000 years after the Flesh makes its first technological appearance and cloning becomes routine. This is also the character who becomes the Face of Boe. All of this on a "children's show." Thank goodness that the Brits don't have the same prudishness as the Puritan colonials!

Here's another spoiler-proof mentioned by Wikipedia under "Jack Harness." During series 4 of Doctor Who, the BBC Website had a section entitled "Captain Jack's Monster Files," with webcast videos of John Barrowman talking about Dr. Who monsters.  From series 5 on, River Song took over presenting the Monster Files.

There are even more reasons to believe the Jack theory when you think about the relationship between this year's series and Torchwood. Why split Doctor Who into two parts? Well, between Part 1 ending in June and Part 2 starting in August is the release of the new series 4 Torchwood: Miracle Day on STARZ in July. Announcing River Song's co-identity as Captain Jack would be a huge boost for both series, as the new Torchwood series will be winding down as Part 2 of Dr. Who begins.

I disgree with your jack theory as River is female and Jack cant transform into a female.. and I just cant see the master turning into River, why whould the master kiss the doctor...I do belive River is amy's child good... good music by the way and hope I wasnt too forceful with my opionis :)
