how can you fix the "bugs" problem in the video player of the nokia 5300?

you can sync the video by reducing the bitrate when you convert the video into 3gp. but if you like it to have a stereo sound than a mono sound, convert it in mp4 with the resolution of 176x144 with lower bitrate.
