ELECTROMECHANICAL TESTING MACHINES
For compression and bending applications
APPLICATIONS
Thanks to the versatility and free testing distances,
depending on the testing devices and maximum
capacity of load cells incorporated, these machines
are particularly adequate for the following type of
tests:
• Compression of cement mortar, as per
UNE-80-101-88, EN-196-1.
• Compression of hardened mortar as per
UNE 83-821, section 7 and 8.
• Compression on cubic specimens of 50 mm in
side, of rigid cellular materials as per UNE 53-205.
• Compression on any kind of material (boxes,
packages, containers, nished products, etc)
• Three or four points Bending Test, (central or
double load) on, for example:
- Cement mortar specimens as per UNE 80-101-88,
EN 196-1 and hardened mortar as
per UNE 83-821,
- Ceramic oor tiles up to 600 mm wide, as per
UNE-67100-85 (EN 100),
- Cement paving blocks as per UNE 127-006,
- Tiles as per UNE 67-035,
- Bricks as per UNE-7060,
- Slates as per UNE-7090-73,
- Paving stones as per UNE 127-028,
- Timber as per UNE 56-537/79,
- Boards as per UNE - EN 310,
- Ceramic specimens, plastics, composites,
metals, alloys, etc, etc ...
• Flexural strength with single or double loading
punch, on concrete prismatic specimens, as per
UNE 83-305-86, ENV 206, ISO 4013, ASTM C78,
C293, C683, BS 1881, NF P 18 407, DIN 1048, etc.
• CBR tests, as per UNE 103-502/95, NLT-111/78,
ASTM D-1883
