Timothy Gaikwad look after all the projects of IMCARES. He is directly responsible for the Pavement Ministry, Joy Clubs and the HIV/AIDS program (IMPACT).

The Staff of IMCARES comprises of simple and dedicated born again Christians from various Churches in the City of Mumbai. At present there are 35 Staff, 10 Community Training Course Students and several other volunteers sharing the agape love of God with the poorest of the poor and those in need. The IMCARES ministry reaches out to approximately 950 people every day.
