Here is a 720p video of the Bladetech/5.11 double stack mag pouch/holster. The retention is very good. After a while I'm sure it will get a little looser after the FNX's mag latch wears into the plastic. This will not be an issue with the FNP magazines. I am very happy with this product and I am glad I didn't have to spend $80+ on the full shooters pack by Bladetech. This is nearly the same mag pouch as in the shooters pack only packaged by 5.11.

I paid $19.99 through Opticsplanet.com March/2011

  • I thought crossbread supertuck didnt make 1 for the fnx. If so what gun is tht holster for?

  • @jdmcivic200091 The FNP is exactly the same dimensions in all the areas that matter as the FNX and there are only a few holsters that specifically only fit the FNX and not the FNP. (Or at least say that they dont.) I carried it for a year and never had any sort of extra wear on the pistol.

  • What holster do you have for your fnx?

  • @sgoodspeed71 Crossbreed Supertuck. I liked it when I was about 20 pounds lighter but if you're a bigger guy/gal, it gets a little annoying adjusting it all the time.

  • what holster is that bro?

  • @KidGeniusTV That is a Crossbreed Super tuck. I had a video on it for a while but recently took it down because YT didn't like the music. I'll repost it with an update on what I think of it but in short it's a great holster.

  • On most mag pouch/holsters the screw in the middle on the outside of it adjusts tension on the mags so if you like it a little looser than back out the screw to the desired tension. They generally have a rubber grommet inside so the screw does not back out and keeps any play/slack from forming... hope this helps, thanks for the vid!

  • Nice looking gear my friend
