personally i dont see anything wrong with calling something deathcore. Its pretty obvious that count your blessings was a fifty fifty blend of death metal guitar to hardcore rhythms. When you change the rhythm the guitar must follow. regardless of whether they sold out or not i still think the genre is an adequate and not at all pretentious tag for them.
