I want to validate your complaint. I became disabled five month after acquiring and using this card. When I returned from the hospital I was late on several accounts. . Juniper Bank immediately raised my interest rate to 29% and I had acquired penalties. Now I was unable to return to work and had no source of income until I was approved for disability. I tried to negotiate. But, I had no success. I eventually filed Ch 7 BK. See the following comment in regard to their part in the bankruptcy.

Your video was very interesting it's obvious that Barclaycard US is very different to Barclaycard UK. When Barclaycard US took over juniper bank they should of informed you about this and the change of your APR rate. Why don't you log a complaint and ressolve it that way?

If you are poor withdraw your money.. you are actually losing money whilst keeping your money in there low interest/ then taxes at 20%...And if you have less than 50.000 your money will be disappearing overnight in a MAGNETIC STORM and you will NEVER get it back...So act now pass the word WITHDRAW....

i was defrauded by a dodgy 1400 euro check barclays had my back...did they fuck have to pay the lot and they closed my account too....dont worry gonna pay em back very very slowly wankers

If by crook, I've been had, the most they can do is win a judgment against me. None of my income can be garnisheed. It's either Social Security Disability Income or ERISA protected retirement. And it's not much. This I learned from my bankruptcy attorney. I filed BK out of necessity, not convenience. When I was down, Juniper Bank decided to kick me. They declined to negotiate and make it feasible for me to repay them. I would like to prevent them from being able to injure anyone else. Thanks.

I'd be interested in knowing if anyone has had similar experiences with Juniper Bank, Barclays Bank, LHR Inc., RMA Inc. and DHC LLC . I would also be interested in learning how these banks and collection agencies are connected. Are they part of the same institutions, seperate institutions, etc? Have you had similar credit bureau reporting issues with these institutions? Has anyone filed complaints with the FTC? My attorney is filing the B132 next week. He says the accounts have been dishcarged.
