@HelpMeetGaGaOFFICIAL Variables such as speed of computer, size of clip & amount of movement will affect this. If these are (respectively) fast, small and minimal, I'd make sure that Adobe programmes are the only thing hogging the CPU through activity minotaur (Mac) or task manager (Windows). I'd also check CS5.5 specs to make sure the computer meets them. If so, uninstall & reinstall. If that doesn't clean everything up I'd contact Adobe tech support on 0207 365 0735. Hope that helps :)
