  • The "three big things" I have learned, in the last ten years, about people development, unfortunately do not go by my own and Tom Peters philosophy: 1.- Don´t give them free rein, 2.- Watch their hands, and 3.- Don´t trust their words as honest as they intend to sound. You see, my million dollar company was stolen and left penniless by the three highest leaders of the Mormon Curch in Chihuahua. I had thought my company was in the best hands on earth. The civil authorities are mormon too.
