See the full-length video, plus daily meal plans, workout programs, supplement stacks, plus manipulation and cutting techniques used to get shredded for stage, by following my daily contest prep. See everything else I do to prepare for the WBFF World Fitness Model Championships on September 18th in Toronto, Canada.

Over the next 11 weeks I'll be showing various workouts and training phases, as well as some of the other areas of contest prep that isn't perhaps all to familiar to non-competitors (and maybe even some competitors).

From now and for the next 10 weeks or so, I'll be phasing out my strength and size training in favor for ones that allow me to burn maximize fat with minimal muscle loss, meaning that everything about my training, nutrition, supplementation and perhaps one of the most vital and all to often overlooked; rest and recovery, will be to keep me in as much of an anabolic state as possible to get me shredded and hard for the stage.

Today's Hamstring workout was a basic one at that with only 4 exercises, but each one was performed with all-out intensity and worked beyond my threshold, meaning my body has to adapt by recovering and growing bigger and stronger to be able to manage heavier weights for my next workout.

  • @TheSleepingMoth I'm a fitness model, not a bodybuilder! I do not see a single video on your channel of being aesthetic. I don't see any fitness contests won by you.

    Enough said.

  • Rob is just downright an awesome guy, such an inspiration. His body = my body's goal

  • Hey Rob can i have the track list of all the songs you use in your videos? They are very nice songs for a good workout!

By the way at 2:46 rob's legs does look skinny but it usually doesn't look like that. Poor perspective only maybe? I know rob's legs are bigger than that.
