The constitution is rooted in the law of nations, not english common law. When you see that, the NBC has to be born in the country of two citizen parents. Obama derived his citizenship from his parents, so he was brit/american at birth--divided loyalties. Obama was born a brit and is not legit!

While I do not agree on alot of my brother's issues he is discussing...I will tell you that nonsense from Patrick, fred, Pogue & some others about Daryn being a threat is ludacrious. If you don't like him.. create a page of your own or something and talk bad about him there all you want. The garbage of comparing him to McVeigh or Oswald is insane. He is not violent, ok people. Once again, we have a so called constitutionalist in Quill621 who somehow believes that the constitution only protects those who share his and/or birther beliefs. So much for knowing and understand the constitution -- or even showing a willingness to afford ALL Americans their rights under the constitution.
