Thanks for the fast response! I've been playin all my life, and am looking into a resonator and slide for a new challenge. Just don't really know where to start. I love the dean its gorgeous, but simply just dont know much about resonators (The copper and brass resonators from dean seem awesome as well) I want to spend around 500. Let me know if you have any extra input.

@stones187 On this one yes. It's exactly like a normal guitar. The other style is called square neck where the strings about about an inch off the neck and that is meant to be played lap steel.
