The 2009 Caulfield's's Halloween Parade in Louisville Kentucky. Even though it rained slightly the Parade went on! Forecast called for possible tornadoes and this was the first year we had emergency plans in place. All in all, the parade still managed to increase in size. What a great time, closing Bardstown Road, all the floats, the costumes, the shops and restaurants. Thanks to everyone who came on and to the folks that joined in!
