your better off not in the tower, because you get marked and fucked by tanks / rockets / UAVS, and you have no where to escape.

and always keep moving, never stand still... most of the time u can find other snipers by making them miss then counter sniping them (usually standing still like you)

finally if your going to duck after you fire atleast move a good 3 feet either way to deter any sniper from insta popping you after you pop up.
